I have worked mostly in the executive/administrative level of an organization in various industries. During periods of hiatus, I was self-employed.
My skills encompass the areas of administration, law, accounting and finance.
In the area of accounting, my responsibilities included preparation/review/analysis of financial statements, tax filing, bank call report preparation/submission, general accounting/full-charge bookkeeping, A/P, A/R, Payroll, credit analysis.
As a paralegal, I prepared/edited/proofread various legal documents, performed legal research, transcribed, prepared cases for deposition through trials, supervised legal assistants.
As well, I am adept in the use of various software (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Lexis/Nexis, Quickbooks, Quicken, etc).
I am self-taught in occupational medicine necessitated by my paralegal profession.
I am responsible, hard-working, trustworthy, reliable, consistent and an insatiable perfectionist.
