I have been in a Call Center Industry for almost 3 years now, I got my first job as a Sales Lead Representative. I took outbound calls gather information from a customer and connect them to a specialist. In addition, I also need to close a sale like Home Security System, Diabetic Health Medicines. My second job, I worked as a Customer Service Representative of AT&T I assist customers in activating their account, refill their
prepaid phones and also do some troubleshooting steps (if needed). And now, my recent job I work as an Inbound Customer Service Representative of Hewlett Packard (Home and Home Office Store), I took orders from my customers assist them in checking their order statuses, I need to let my customer experience a customer service excellence and above all the best shopping experience at HP. As a representative I also need to upsell and cross-sell items that might be valuable to my customer in order to generate sales.
I also know how to work with Microsoft Applications like Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook. I am very familiar with Salesforce and Citirx since its a part of my job.
I am a work-oriented person the reason, I can work on very fast pace environment able to work individually or as a team. I am enthusiastic, optimistic and have a "can do" attitude. I have the ability to work good both in verbal and in written communication. The reason why I am here it's because I want a stable and a long term job, with the help of my experiences I believe I can be a plus to your company. I am also willing to undergo training to learn more on my new job and hopefully become a part of your company.
