Software Quality Assurance Specialist|Tester 
- Analyze and understand the client's requirements
- Verify the system/software meets the client's specifications
- Validate the system/software
- Track bugs and report them in Google Sheet, Excel, Jira Tool, Trello, GitLab, Taiga and Asana
- Communicate with the Developer, Project Manager, Team Leader and other QA Members
- Perform Manual, Exploratory, Retesting, Regression, Functionality, White & Black Box, Smoke and Sanity Testing
- Perform Web (Cross-Browser) and Desktop Testing
- Perform UI/UX Testing compare to Figma
- Perform Automation Testing (Selenium and Katalon Studio)
- Create Web/App Test Cases, Test Scenarios and Test Plan
- API Testing (Postman)
- Database script 
- WordPress, Basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Testsigma End to End testing
- Automation Testing (Selenium and Katalon)
- Mobile Testing Android (Azure) and iOS (Testflight)
- Demo the product to the client
- Agile/ScruUpgrade to see actual infothodology
- SDLC
- Brainstorming with the team and give suggestions
- Experienced with QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
