- Unlock Symantec Encryption or Pretty Good Privacy.
- Assist users multiple basic Ernst & Young software installation.
- Make sure user or employees laptop are running in good conditions.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic Lotus Notes issue. (Archiving, latency, send and receive mails.
- Process request for shared drive access.
