Backed with a couple good years of extensive exposure to providing quality accounting and bookkeeping services, I answer to the needs of small to medium-sized businesses in the US and Canada region for reliable accounting systems and financial management.
My relevant skills include full-charge accounting, AP and AR management, complex revenue recognition, payroll processing, budgeting and forecasting, financial statement preparations, liaising with external auditors and a lot more.
I have handled clients engaged in various industries such as real estate investment, real estate brokerage, property management, mortgage investment, construction and home remodeling, mutual fund management and chain of restaurants.
The greatest achievement I have to date is to act as the Controller for an E-commerce business in the health and fitness industry.
I am well versed with the usage of accounting software such as Quickbooks online and desktop, Sage, Xero and MYOB. Experience with handling Amazon, EBay, Shopify and PP transactions
Could communicate well in straight English both in written and speaking form
I worked as an off-site accountant for three (3) years in the past doing US and Canadian work shift and a recent employment as a property accountant for a local Property Management firm.
I am exposed to daily usage of the following accounting software:
-Quickbooks (both online and desktop version)
CRM and project management tools I have used:
-BuiderTrend (for construction and renovation)
-AppFolio & Buildium (for real estate investment, brokerage and property management)
