Profile Description

I started working in a BPO company way back 2008,Gotalk its an Australian account handling Prepaid phone and cards I resigned due to lack of benefits and low compensation,next is Transcom Phils.,I was a Tier 2 technical agent handling Comcast cable troubleshooting,helping customers from U.S.A solve their cable problem I stayed in this company for 6 years.I resigned because of location and lack of career growth.My latest employer is Teleperformance I`ve been on this company for 4 months now we are handling North East part of U.S.A.,handling technical troubleshooting of Internet and Phone.I already learned a lot in BPO line of business,I learn to talk to different raises,learn to increase and control my patience,learn to sleep during the day and stay awake a t night.I also work on non BPO company`s.I became a supervisor of merchandisers,crew chief of a well known food chain. I already started working when I graduated high school.My first job was a Sales Clerk in a well known mall.I want to have this job as a part timer or freelancer because I`m a single parent who has 1 daughter entering college and I need to support her.I`m a fast learner and hardworking person.Hoping that I could be part of your growing family.Thank you and More Power!!!!
