I've been working as a customer service representative from the past 4 years since I graduated in College. I started to work from a BPO company from 2010 as customer service representative, Back office under Content Solutions. We're handling MPS data, Licensing and Invoicing for International clients, I do email support as well. A job which apparently not related to the degree I finished.
After finishing my contact, I also worked as telesales marketing from a Local Marketing company, It's an Outsourcing services for international clients. We do outbound calls and selling company's product and services. The Company is a duly registered by the Philippines Department of Trade and Industry.
Currently, due to financial reasons, I have decided to look for another job related to my previous experience, I worked as a customer service representative from a Local E-commerce
company, it is on the same setting, Initially we're handling inbound calls, sometimes doing outbound task and Digital (email support) as well. I have advanced skills, I am a customer service oriented individual, I have good communication skills, Computer literate, and Telephone skills.
