i am capable of answering concerns and inquiries with regards to clients insurance plan, i can clearly discuss the coverage of their health insurance, help them with their claim issues and forward their suggestions and complaints. i could also take payments from the clients to keep their policy active and ready to use, give them options on which plan to avail that suits on their needs, give them instructions on how to use our web portal and help then find participating doctors near their place.
on my previous jod, creditcard account i also take payments, discuss transactions and help credit card holders choosing which card to use that fits on their lifestyles.
