Profile Description

I have gained training experience in a call center institution as a costumer service associate and voice mail transcriber for a telecommunications company in the US. I
I also took the IELTS examination recently and have passed it with a band score of 7.5 for spoken and written English.
Back in my primary, secondary and tertiary education, I was a staff writer for the school paper, mainly on feature and literary writing. I have a vast experience in teaching English grammar and vocabulary to Korean students via online and man-to-man classes. As a nurse, I can say that I have a good command in English as medium for communicating with clients and customers.
Lastly, I have a lot of experience working with Office applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel. I have great internet research skills and above-average typing speed as well.
I can work in flexible hours and can finish designated tasks on time. I am goal-driven and can make good judgement calls. I am looking for a stable job that can help me and my employer in achieving our objectives.
