I've been in the BPO industry for more than 2 years already, I've worked for technical support, customer service and even a bit of sales type of account w/ in that time frame. I can say that I am well equipped at whatever types of account I may encounter but there's no way I know everything and the good thing about me is I know that there's always room for improvement and life is a never ending process of learning so I'm ready for that. I love learning new things and I'm a fast learner, so whatever life throws at me i take it as a chance to learn. I was privilege to work as a Tier 2 representative w/ my previous account so i learned how to think outside the box to fix the issue, and all of that skills i make sure i use all of that with the job I'm doing, i make sure I'm not just doing good, I would do great work to help my employer as well as a chance to improve myself as an individual.
