Profile Description

I worked as an encoder in a government office in San Fernando, Pampanga, particularly in the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Region 3. I started my work in the Office of the Auditor. Doing clerical works, auditing, submitting reports etc. And then i was transferred to the Office of Research Sector. Same work encoding of reports, sometimes doing field work, assisting our superiors in the presentations of certain projects...
I worked in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for 3 years, in a hotel Phoenicia Hotel Dubai. I started working as a Reservation Officer, communicating with potential guests thru emails and telephone. After that, if a guest will stay in the hotel I will prepare the reservation form and i will give a copy to the reception if I am not available or the guest will arrive the next day. And then they trained me as a telephone operator, connecting calls from outside or vice versa, sending passport details to Dubai Police because this is a requirement from the government of Dubai. Assisting guests like confirming their flights, sending fax messages and connecting calls. After that, i was trained as a receptionist, assisting guests to their inquiries, complaints etc.
