15 years of solid administrative assistant experienced have taught me to be resourceful in looking for ways to have suppliers/vendors with top quality finish but with low cost to supply needed promotional items and source out ways to minimize cost of sales operation expenses.
I assisted my managers or supervisors in their daily activities such as media planning, coordination with suppliers, checking of inventories of temporary materials, act as officer in charge whenever sales manager is not around. For 15 years, I've assisted not just my direct supervisor but other managers as well in their queries regarding computers(did some basic trouble shooting too!) and general questions regarding advertising and sales.
Some of my responsibilities:
1.
Ensure efficient Sales Office Operations day to day by monitoring warehouse inventory.
2.
Ensure sufficient pantry and office supplies in the sales office.
3.
Daily submission of reports such as consolidated sales vs target files; salesmen punctuality performance record; and other adhoc reports needed like competitor's survey consolidation.
4.
Serve as HR coordinator and Purchase Assistant by assisting office employees in their queries regarding government benefits such as SSS,Philhealth and Pag-ibig concerns; submission of updated manning to concern department and creating purchase requisition of supplies through SAP.
5.
Proper coordination with suppliers in timely manner of delivery of goods.
