I have a customer service skill. I gained it from working in a call center and BPO industry. Upon receiving calls, I follow rules by conducting the verification stage. I will then politely ask the caller how can I assist him or her. After listening well to the caller's concern, I checked on the details in his or her account and provided the information he needs or resolved his issues by providing solutions or any options if issues are complicated. I made sure that I was able to answer his questions and was able to help.
I can encode 36 WPM, use Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint and of course browse and surf the internet. I always use notepad as well to take down notes. I use Word and save it with a password if there are sensitive information. I used Excel for list of items and as an attachment to emails. I sometimes use PowerPoint for presentations. Internet is very important. It helps me find needed information, sites and references easier.
I have an excellent speaking and writing communication. In relation to my job, I have to speak English to customers, clients and colleagues in my workplace. I can express my ideas in English without hesitation. I used to write business letters in relation to my task. I can write my own story in English.
