I am an awesome combination of both technical and literal aspects. I worked my way in the BPO (business process outsourcing) industry, and learned so much from handling customers from different accounts. I am adept in converting the most technical terms and processes in a way that a normal person with little, or no technical awareness would understand. Knowing this skill, I can sell just about anything to a person, by simply describing the product, and describing them using the product.
Perhaps the best compliment I've ever heard was, "I want to throw my money on the screen right now after hearing what you've said."
So far, I still think I can do better.
