Profile Description

I was a virtual assistant for almost 2 years for a plastic surgeon in the United States. I am proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and Macintosh programs such as Pages, Numbers, Keynote, iMovie. Having been able to work for my previous employer gave me the chance to explore my abilities in familiarizing myself in the internet world. With this, I was able to gain knowledge in social media sites such as Facebook (including Facebook Pages), Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Google+ and Tumblr. I am experienced in managing his webpage through WordPress with of course his help and instructions. I even had the chance to look through and filter the reviews given to him by his patients through some review pages in the States for plastic surgeons such as makemeheal, yelp, realself, vitals, etc. I've been also in charge of our email and fax and phone accounts where I disseminate emails and relay some necessary information to our prospect clients and/or suppliers thru calls or fax. I also use Skype, Viber, Google Voice, Google Mail to communicate with my previous client.
I was also helpful with regards to editing photos and videos for his website and his presentations. I edit videos with iMovie and Windows Movie Maker and I edit photos using Photoshop.
I also have little knowledge about craigslist and Google voice.
I learn easily and I am very much willing to learn everything about my job. I try my best to understand the need of my client. I give attention to the specific details in their instruction and I work hard to finish the assigned task within the time allotted for me to finish it.
