At my previous jobs, I held customer service roles, working at a leading art gallery and book store, Art and Soul in Grenada, West Indies, as well as a leading insurance broker company where I functioned as a claims clerk.
These roles have made me cognizant of how crucial it is to positively relate to the needs of both internal and external customers; how we treat internal customers will in most cases reflect in their actions toward external customers.
I am also very familiar with MS Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access and Photoshop. I have also had the opportunity to develop a few websites using HTML and CSS. However, these were small scale sites for school projects. I also had the opportunity to develop a mobile for Android devices using Java.
Recently, I started researching and understanding Social Media Marketing strategies and doing jobs for small businesses in country. However, it is my goal to be the leading SEO expert with Social Media Marketing Skills.
