I am very adaptable in any work environment. I have been a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative for the better part of 7 years. I took escalations and manager calls for almost all the account I have been a part of and I am very skilled in pacifying irate callers. I have excellent problem solving skills and attention to details. The customers I spoke with are always satisfied on how I handle their concern regardless if I resolve their concern or if I needed to escalate it to the relevant department for additional checking or handling.
