? Handled Mainly the Operations of the whole restaurant including the front of the house and back of the house;
? Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate the workers and resources of the restaurant for the efficient, well-prepared, and profitable service of food and beverages.
? Overseeing crew selection, training development and manpower utilization and building an excellent team work.
? Work with other management personnel to plan marketing, advertising, and any special restaurant functions or any events to be held.
? Resolve all technical issues related reservations, events, and inquiries for customers and field staff via phone, email, web chat or other media type as available.
? Provide timely feedback to external and internal customers via phone, e-mail, or other form of communication.
? Accurately document all customer contacts, resolution steps, and gather customer feedback in order to enhance foods and services.
? Recommend improvements to workflow, system, process, and procedure improvements within position, team, and department.
? Prepare weekly short schedules in accordance with staffing guidelines and labor forecasts. Adjust schedules throughout the week to meet the business demands.
