I have worked as a Virtual Assistant for 5 years for various
companies ranging from small to medium company. My last work experience was
with automation Software Company for social media. I was a software technical
support specialists. Part of my duties and responsibilities was to manage the
software thru dedicated remote server, answer support tickets that was
submitted thru our ticketing support portal, schedule on-boarding call for some
clients that requires troubleshooting over the phone.
