As an Account Coordinator, I undertake a multitude of task from administrative to project management.
I liaise between our company and external client, ensuring an open and honest communication. I take part in every project/campaign from planning to implementation. I prepare some documentations for the project and ensure that we are keeping within our timelines. I engage every relevant team/department within the company and set regular meetings with them to check on project status, gather updates and raise any clarifications and red flags, ensuring that we're on track with our launch target date.
I keep and update important documents such as contracts, team roster, system access, org chart and client contact lists.
I prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports, ensuring data accuracy, doing some analysis and putting together easily readable report templates. I also prepare some presentations for Quarterly Business reviews and requests for proposals.
Daily, I make sure that all the tools being used by our operations team are working and escalate to the relevant team should there be any system issue.
I also attend and take minutes on daily meetings with the client.
