One of my strengths is base management or handling existing clients. I believe that building good relationships with clients is paramount. Having said this, my trustworthiness and sincerity greatly aid me with accomplishing my job.
For over two years, I had been working as a virtual assistant, and this has given me valuable experience in this field. In my previous job, I took the initiative and successfully closed, or sold, five ads in the magazine. One of my tasks was to do first level selling, which entails that I introduce the company to prospective clients. If the clients are interested, I would schedule an appointment with my boss. My daily activities included email management, email campaigns via Mailchimp, scheduling tweets via Hootsuite and lead generation. Furthermore, I was responsible for sending sales invoices to our existing clients and collecting payments in the form of cash, check or credit card transactions. I was entrusted with our existing clients’ credit card information. I also handled my boss’s Paypal transactions, both personal and company related.
I would not mind being entrusted with additional tasks because new challenges are opportunities to learn new things.
