I have been into the customer service industry for over 8 years and within those years, I have been exposed to different skill sets, such as, but not limited to, troubleshooting technical issues, basic accounting skills, and administrative tasks. Moreover I also have more than 3 years of experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant with focus on data entry, research, video editing, graphic design, calendar management, email management, and content management. With the aforementioned experiece, I learn how to think outside the box and be innovative.
