I can take on admin tasks such as calendar and email management, content research and appointment setting with ease. I am also a seasoned online content writer and proofreader and is very well versed with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Prior to me being a virtual assistant, I took on customer service, billing, telemarketing and tech support roles for DELL Computers, Comcast and EA Games: so I do know how to make customers happy over the phone.
