As Executive Secretary of Personnel Administrator for six years( Philippines )and HR Assistant for 8 years (Riyadh Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), I was able to do various administrative work which i can say that i have been equipped to do all the administrative task. Below are the summary of my previous duties and responsibility.
• Assisting a variety of programs and policies regarding employees such as advertising job positions, recruitment, processing applications,verifying employment, separation, contracts, and compensation schedule in compliance with organization's policies, contracts, laws, and agreements.
• Prepares and supervises attendance time keeping and Payroll preparation
• Communicating with other departments, employee, applicants, administrators, and staff provide information
and assistance regarding recruitment, transfers, employment, personnel records and registration.
•Monitor the leave credits ( Vacation Leave / Sick Leave / Emergency Leave/ Maternity benefits available for the staff.
• Prepares memorandums, certification and letter of communication.
• Assist in scheduling various meetings and employee programs and events in compliance with department needs.
Aside from the experience I've learned
from my previous job, I also attended several seminars- training, regarding Public Relations and English Communication Programs
and a certificate for Program Logic Formulation.
I'm also Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power point, Access) and most importantly surfing in the World Wide Web/Internet.
I am flexible, I can work under pressure, also with or without supervision, i can meet on or before any deadline for work reports.
