Profile Description

I graduated in aviation school last 2010 , I'm good in communication skills and handling of customers matter because I previously worked in an airline company as a customer service agent or we called it "front liners". Being a front liner in an airline company it helps me develop my self confidence and thought me how to treat passenger in a right way , also we give the best customer service to our passengers to meet their expectation because we bring the company's dignity. As I working for almost 2 years and six months i decided to move to another position which is assistant crew controller this position put me always in pressure because this time we handle our co-employees which are our pilots and cabin crew we use our communication skills to assist them to their duty assignment from day to day this job also improve my communication skills because we communicate with other foreign nationals who work as a pilot with our company.
