Profile Description

As a teacher, I've done varied academic and classroom works such as researches, planning, curriculum mapping, test construction, book evaluation, etc. My teaching experience for almost a decade has improved my research skills that enabled me to produce action researches in both qualitative and quantitative formats. As I venture into the corporate world as an Industrial Relations Supervisor in a multi-national company, I have grown and developed even more my knowledge and skills in organizing, supervising and/or hosting company events. I also make sure they are properly documented through our department's official news letter. I have written and published quite a number of news and feature articles on company-related events, withwhich I have also improved my skills in Photography. At the same time, I lay-out designs using Photoshop for events campaign and info bulletin for both print and email. I also write official communications to both government and private sectors involving labor and employee relations.
