My experience as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and my working experiences in Sales, Administrative, and Management make me one good candidate for a Virtual Assistant position. I have done a great deal of work in the businessworld with a solid ten (10) years working experience. My recent job in Sales makes me a resilient, customer-focused, results-driven woman. I managed existing client base and acquired new accounts. I did administrative work, i.e., submitting business reports on time,
endorsing doctors' requests, making liquidations, plotting monthly forecasts vis-a-vis monthly targets, making action plans, and the like. I acted as the territory's Sales, Admin, and Marketing Manager. As an Executive Assistant to the CEO of a printing company,I provided confidential administrative assistance to my Boss ensuring effective and efficient work flow between the CEO's office and the internal and external clients. I managed the company's events and assisted the CEO in Treasury, HR, and Admin matters. To add to my employments skills, I worked as an Assistant Manager for a multinational food chain. I managed a shift of at least 20 crews and a co-manager. I handled the Food Safety, Scheduling, and Personnel systems of the store on top of Shift Management. Apparently, I am a freelance Wedding Photographer who conceptualises, photographs, and post-processes portraits and wedding photos. With all of these working experiences, I believe that I am prepared to enter into another field of work in Virtual Assistance. I am one multi-tasker and goal-oriented woman who keeps my integrity intact in everything that I do.
