I've been working as a technical support since 2007. I have worked with different ISP companies based in US like Verizon, AT&T, Time Warner Cable, Accounting Software(Quickbooks) and RingCentral VOIP Services. I am familiar with the physical set up to the configurations of different Modems, Routers and Gateways in an office or residential environment. With the length of my work experience as a network specialist i can guarantee that i can resolve all issues in a timely manner and to provide great customer experience.
