Profile Description

I am a license architect and I have been using autoCAD, sketch-up and floor planner software in my work and I would say I am very good at it. Aside from my profession as an architect I also have the chance to work in different fields in customer services, I worked as technical support representative for more than three years combined in two separate companies; one is a leading computer manufacturer in the US where in I troubleshoot computer hardware and software via phone and the other one is a leading internet service provider in the same country troubleshooting internet connection either hardwired or wireless connections. I also had the chance to work as a billing representative for more than two years as well assisting customers for a leading telecommunication company in the UK. I also had some experience as a book consultant (sales representative) in one of the leading international self publishing company in the US assisting authors in promoting and selling their book. I am also very good in MS office – MS Word and MS Excel in particular. Though I have no experience in writing but I would say I am very good at it, I communicate to my customers through email all the time.
With my years of experience as an architect and at the same time in different customer services fields I can guarantee that I will be a valuable asset to whoever will acquire my services.
