I am a skilled writer and a sales expert with more than 8 years of experience on US Based Telemarketing.

I am a skilled Graphic Designer. I am very familiar with the use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and all Microsoft Office Applications. Although I HAVE NO DEGREE IN GRAPHIC DESIGN or other Art and Design-Based Subject, I can confidently say that I know my way around on all of the mentioned computer programs.
I do charcoal painting in my free hours but unlike most charcoal painting artists, I am not really good at copying a model. I follow the same techniques as every artist but I always create my own images. I feel more comfortable doing things my way, but I do know how to follow instructions, meet deadlines and be a team player, if I had to :) Probably why I quit my job to do Upgrade to see actual infow, I still earn good money and enjoy all the free hours that I have compared to when I was working full-time on a day job.
I attended several seminars and took classes on Digital Marketing and focused on becoming a Chat-Bot Marketing Expert developing marketing tools for businesses to increase customer engagement. I create conversational IVRs and bots that work across web and mobile chat, SMS or WhatsApp for businesses with the use of third party CRM systems to deliver contextually relevant customer information at the right time with a simple API call. I can work provided with existing data or start from scratch, and design an effective Chat-Bot ready to be integrated with your company website.
