I have couple of experience with BPO companies and I worked as a customer support representative with "Best Buy" (2 months) (Customer Service Rep) handling customer order enquiries and "DirecTV" (30 months) (Senior Customer Service Rep , Resolution Supervisor) handling bills and basic tv box troubleshooting. I am also working as a freelance computer technician since I was 14 y/o , I handle advance system networking , software and hardware support. I also worked with "Verizon" (6 months) (Technical Specialist level 2) handle DSL connections and basic computer troubleshooting and Wi-Fi connectivity. Next would be under "AT&T U-verse" (4 months) (Technical Support Front line) Handles VDSL, Phone, TV and all devices that connects to the internet. Last would be with the Australians under "Telstra Bigpond" (17 months) (Technical Support Specialist / Sales Specialist) we handle ADSL , Cable , Wireless Broadband connections and Telstra Platinum Sales (IT Support from Telstra).
