The Direct Marketing Unit was a new sales channel to market real estate projects thru internet marketing via social networking media, website, direct mailers and product placements. As head, it is my job to recruit and train property consultants that would be very willing to work in Laguna and do the job. The operations was similar to call center where I will have inbound and outbound agents, however, my staff will also do the sales closing so they will also get to meet the clients. My main task is to manage and ensure quality promotion of our projects to both existing and potential clients as well as directing and monitoring results of inbound and outbound property consultants.
On the other hand, as Project Marketing Head, my functions were mostly collaterals and ads management, event management and office administration. For collaterals and ads, I was in charge of production and inventory. I also supervised advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic and direct mail outlets. With event management, i was responsible in conceptualizing and supervising implementations of events including project and product launches, project orientations, exhibits, tenting, community selling, trade shows, event sponsorships, referral partner events and open houses. I worked directly with suppliers and event service providers to ensure the event runs according to plan.
