I am excited and very interested to be a Virtual Assistant.I have been employed as a customer service representative for three big for financial institutions in America, namely Discover Bank, HSBC and JPMorgan Chase.My last work was as a Fraud Prevention Analyst in JPMorgan Chase, in Manila Philippines; I am responsible for preventing fraud and ruling out fraud in credit cards account. I do outbound calls to credit cards holders to confirm transaction on the credit are legitimate and also received incoming calls from cardmemembers and merchants to ensure credit card are free
of fraudulent activity and is cleared for use.
I also worked as a customer service representative for HSBC Retail Cards servicing activation of retail and store cards financed by HSBC in Canada.
My duties includes activation pd said cards and make sure that each and every customer is aware of the features and benefits of the cards and offer additional befits base on customer usage and need of the card.
My expertise in the customer service industry started during my stint as a Store Manager for ACA Video for almost 2 years and became a restaurant supervisor for Dencio's Restaurant for a yaer way back 2004.
I am also proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
