Profile Description

I have been doing home-based online jobs for 3 years now. I have been a Research Analyst, Data Entry Expert and currently working as a Quality Analyst for a major client in the US, of which I am currently a Team Leader.
I worked for a call center company under a Telco account in Manila, Philippines as a Customer Service Representative, was then transferred to back office after a year that deals with technical issues and Tier-3 troubleshooting. After three months I was again transferred to a higher position in back office dealing with client-customer concerns, which gave me the opportunity to get to know the company well when it comes to back office support since we're in-charge for resolving issues given by the clients directly.
After three months, a friend of mine offered me a home-base work, which is outbound. Some of the project or campaign I have handled lists from real estate to insurance and life plans. With my technical skills I then handled support for a podcast service provider, which I worked as a chat support at the same time working as Marketing Head on the same company. I resigned and found another job in the BPO industry and worked for the largest telecommunication company in Australia and was under the residential billing department. I just recently resigned and looking forward to find a better job here.
