I've worked at a call center company for four months as a customer service representative under the department of a local account. Ever since that duration of my stay in that company, there was no escalation directed to me from the clients/customer since I handled them calmly and pretty well. I asks what their concern is and gives the most satisfying answer and if they need an explanation for it, I explain it to them in a very detailed manner.
I would like to be indulge on a specified environment since my focus of study during college days was a CS(Computer Science), but any work concerning with CS will be much appreciated since I learn quickly and follow every but of the instruction given to me.
