Profile Description

After earning my degree, I embark on the BPO industry to explore and go beyond my field. In 2012, I started as a customer service Technical Support Professional for a Telco company. After 3 years, I transferred to a retail company as a Subject Matter Expert and an acting Team Lead which lasted for 3 years. To achieve and gain more knowledge, I enrolled in a class to become a certified Lean Six Sigma - Yellow belt.

Most recently, I was with a Property Software provider company supporting property management companies in the US and around the world. I now leverage my experience to assist the property managers of Life Bridge Management with their daily tasks, this includes moving in and out of an applicant or resident, balancing the ledger, conversion of new property from old property management to new property management, generating reports and processing prelim and closing the period for the Month end. I have led all training and implementation of all property management software across the portfolio.
