I am a Licensed Architect in the Philippines with over 8 years of professional experience in architectural design, drafting, construction documentation, and 3D visualization. I have worked on residential, commercial, institutional, infrastructure, renovation, and interior fit-out projects for both local and international clients.

My primary expertise includes preparing permit drawings, construction documents, site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, as-built drawings, shop drawings, and detailed architectural layouts using AutoCAD. I also specialize in SketchUp for 3D modeling and Lumion for photorealistic renderings and walkthrough animations. In addition, I am continuously expanding my BIM skills through Revit.

I have previous experience working remotely with U.S.-based clients on residential renovation projects, including home additions, garage conversions, ADUs, JADUs, duplex conversions, and multifamily developments.
