Profile Description
I was an Accounting Staff for the past 4 months, I decided to resigned the said job cause to one can take care of my 1 year old son. As an accounting staff my responsibilities were preparing bi-weekly payroll and handled the accounts payable of the company.
Sometimes, I assisted to handled the receivables account.
In 4 months, I had encounter employees complaining their wages, most of the time their complain was "insufficient". Through my interpersonal skills I handled that situation properly by pleasing them, explaining them, negotiating them etc...
Same with our overdue account with our suppliers.
