Previously, I have worked for different BPO companies serving US clients. During that time I have been introduced to different line of duties for both operations and support which eventually got promoted as an operations supervisor. Although email support is not our line of work, we have always been exposed to email communication to higher management and directly to clients. I have also experience evaluating language proficiency for a different campaign to understand how this greatly affects their performance.
I really love to understand that behaviours of agents that affect their performance and not focusing solely to their numbers. This understanding always leads to greater improvement.
