On my last company, I work as a call center agent and was promoted as one of the supervisor for just 4 months. My main task as an agent is to attend to customer's needs and answer their inquiry properly, when I was promoted as a supervisor my main task was mainly to focus on my agents, and to make sure that they give high quality of service for every call they handle.
