My main responsibility is to serve as the account point of contact for US-based client hiring managers for Flight Attendant position.
Added to this are other tasks which may include but are not limited to:

Managing relationships with applicants, hiring managers and airport/station contacts
• Receiving pre-screened candidates for open requisitions and does further evaluation before presenting the shortlist to hiring managers
• Collaborates with hiring managers and airport/station contacts through email and phone to run effective selection and hiring process
• Educates hiring managers and candidates in the proper use of Taleo, and provide support on client-related recruitment guidelines
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time as required
