Greetings!
I am a homemaker and a hands-on mom at present but previously worked in several BPO companies here in the Philippines since 2004. I started as an agent and excels in sales and customer service. I am a quality agent able to work with minimal even with no supervision. I became a Quality Call Analyst a couple of years later because of that. The last position that I held is a sales verifier for an internet phone company ,catering services for customers located in the United Kingdom back in 2009. My job was to talk to the customer and during a recorded verification, I need to check through a series of questions if the customer was thoroughly and properly informed by the agent on the terms and the type of service the company is going to provide, the mode of payment, as well as the amount of monthly service to be paid. Only then after the process is made before a sale is finally completed.
