I have 6 years experience in Technical and Customer Support with a little bit of Sales. Mostly with Internet Service Provider. Great with profiling customers by just listening carefully to their tone of voice and choice of words.
Can work under pressure and great with multitasking.
I love talking to people and excellent with call control and building rapport.
Since I am more of a technical person, I am great with probing and can get to the root cause and resolve the issue in a short time.
I feel a sense of accomplishment every time my customer express gratitude of how I was able to help them.
I don't just finish by resolving their problem.
I also educate them while troubleshooting why it is happening and why we need to do this or that.
It comes very easy if your being assertive and sounds professional.
You will get your customer's trust the way you talk on the phone.
I have mastered a neutral accent that can be easily understand by Americans, Australians and British.
I was able to handle people from Carolinas, Los Angeles and New York.
Those states have different accent and pronunciations, but I was able to communicate with them well.
Before landing a job in the Call Center industry, I was a Travel Agent for 5 years and that gives me an edge with customer relation and talking to Airlines and Hotels through phone.
