Profile Description

I always had the fascination for technologies. I have a degree in Computer Programming with a few knowledge on basic hardware and software troubleshooting and networking.
I have been in the BPO industry for more than 3 years handling different accounts like technical support, customer service, sales, billing, and a little bit of financial account. Through the years with the BPO, I learned a lot and developed skills; especially in dealing with clients and customers, multitasking and working under pressure. Providing excellent customer/client service is the key to every business success. And because of my hard work and dedication, I got promoted to supervisor post in less than a year.
I'm familiar with working in a fast-paced environment, completing the assigned tasks prior to the deadline or in a timely manner, and to work under pressure.
I am a logical person. I always stick to the facts with a little use of my guts. My friends say that I am perfectionist because I want everything to be organized and systematic, especially when it comes to work. I hate it when people miss their deadlines, that is why I always make sure that I will not miss mine. As a leader, I am professionally considerate, I consider anything as long as it is logical and justified.
Hope to work with you soon.
