Profile Description

15+ years Customer Service experience, about 8 years of which was in a BPO industry.
My orientation is more on Customer Service although I handled Sales and Business Sales as ---------- my BPO career, I worked for a US campaign program then moved to AU market which lasted for 5 years.
The kind of work I did was not solely focused on customer ---------- included handling teams of people, administrative tasks such as hiring staff, resolving conflicts, follow up on customers, sales promotions, coaching, improving and initializing policies and procedures, writing scripts and conducting training as needed. I also worked with other Department heads involving Marketing, Online Marketing and Logistics and a little bit of International Sales.
