I've been working for almost 10 years. I'm in charge in preparing government reports.
Preparing payroll for a BPO company is not an easy responsibility. I have to be detailed in every hours that an employee worked for. I loved to discover new strategy to perform my task well. I am self-oriented person and trainable.
What I like most in working is the atmosphere or the environment of the company, how the management handled its staff/workers, the good relationship for both employee and employer.
