I recently worked with one of the biggest BPO industries in the world for 3 years and 4 months with the same account which is AT&T. I have been taking in tier 1 calls for almost 2 years before being promoted to be one of the Supports with the said program. I was also selected to launch a new line of business(LOB) with the that program and was able to do multiple tasks such as supporting a group of 5-10 people and taking supervisory calls as well. I ventured into handling new hires. It was a rough exprience but i learned a lot and was able to enhance my skills further by conducting technical huddles everyday with the group and at the same time coaching agents and providing feedback every after call each member of the group takes. My experience with AT&T was a rollercoaster ride but i can proudly say i learned a lot from that exprience and still wants to learn more.
