Profile Description

As a Sponsorship Social Worker based in Head Office, I am in charge in giving direction to field staff regarding programs and rules of the department. Providing orientation about programs and services to new staff. Indirect supervision is also my responsibility as I am giving guidance to every activity and follow up documents to be submitted from them. Double checking of submitted documents is my another task. With this, microsoft excel, word and power point are used.
From these responsibilities, ability to coordinate communication and action among multiple parties is a vital part. It needs to have a very good problem solving skills, possess organisational, good communication skills and time management especially for gratuitous paperwork.
