I have an extensive work experiences in BPOs (Call Center). I was a Senior Account Specialists for more than 2 years
in an ISP account. Also worked as a Technical Support Representative for a Satellite Service provider and a leading American Personal Computer maker. All these proves that I can handle different kind of personalities and have both the people skills and technical know how and background in customer service industry. My core competencies are the following: I am internet and computer savvy and can work with minimal supervision. I am self-driven, adapts easily and possesses a very good problem solving skills. Of course I have a very good grasp of the English language in both oral and written form. Lastly, I am open and willing to learn new skills if it means being able to function more effectively and efficiently in my job. I am here because I want to work at home, start part time and eventually go full time in the long term.
