Profile Description
Over the years, i developed my expertise in transcription, data-entry and customer service relation. My present employment deals with taking court proceedings and transcribing it verbatim in a short period of time. I can type 35-40 wpm in MS Word including its proofreading.
Having worked in a BPO for almost 7 years taught me to be patient in dealing with different people. I've gained confidence in handling irate customers, to finish the work at a minimum supervision and able to be a multi-tasker.
